Refund Policy — Digital Products

This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you buy a digital download from HOMEHQ. Please read it before you order.

1. What we sell

HOMEHQ sells digital products only. The Family Command Centre is supplied as a downloadable spreadsheet that works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Nothing is manufactured, packaged or posted to you. There is no physical item to return, no packaging, no tags and no return postage.

2. How and when you receive it

Your download is made available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and sent to the email address you used at checkout.

3. Your right to cancel, and how immediate delivery affects it

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance. For digital content supplied online, that right is lost once the supply of the content has begun, provided you expressly consented to it starting immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.

By completing checkout and requesting immediate access to your download, you give that consent and that acknowledgement. This means that once your download has begun, you cannot cancel simply because you have changed your mind.

If you have bought the product but have not yet downloaded or opened the file, and you are within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we will cancel and refund you in full.

4. When we will refund you

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open. We will send a working replacement, or refund you in full if we cannot.
  • Your download never arrived, or the link does not work. We will re-send it. If we cannot give you access, we will refund you in full.
  • You were charged more than once. We will refund the duplicate charges.
  • The product is materially not as described on the product page. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • The payment was not authorised by you. Contact us and your payment provider immediately.

5. What is not a fault

  • Not having software that can open a spreadsheet file. Please check before ordering.
  • Deciding the product is not what you personally wanted, where it matches its description.
  • Minor differences in formatting or formula behaviour between spreadsheet applications.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, the law applies.

7. How to make a request

Email contact@MyHomeHQ.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem, or use our contact page. We aim to reply within one working day. Where a refund is due it is issued to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
