How delivery works

Nothing is posted to you. Your download is made available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and a link is sent to the email address used at checkout. It is also available from your order confirmation. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and then email contact@MyHomeHQ.co.uk and we will re-send it.

What you need to open it

The system is built as a spreadsheet and works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Some formatting and formula behaviour can differ between spreadsheet applications; Microsoft Excel gives the intended experience. The printable bonus sheets can be printed from any standard printer on A4 paper.

Licence and permitted use

Your purchase is a licence for personal household use by you and the members of your own household. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it with other households, publish it, or use it to create a competing product.

Cancellation and refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the download begins, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose that right. Your statutory consumer rights are otherwise unaffected. If your file is corrupted, you were charged twice, or you cannot access your download, contact us and we will put it right.
