Is this a physical product?

No. Every Hookella product is a 100% digital PDF crochet pattern. Nothing is shipped β€” you crochet the item yourself with your own yarn and hook.

How do I receive my pattern?

After your payment is confirmed you receive your PDF by email, with a download link. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.

What crochet terms do you use?

Patterns are written in US crochet terminology, with a materials list and an abbreviation guide at the start of every PDF.

Can I open it on my phone?

Yes. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can print it at home if you prefer paper.

What yarn and hook do I need?

The exact yarn weight, hook size and quantities are listed in each pattern so you can shop or substitute with confidence.

I'm stuck on a row β€” can you help?

Of course. Message us by email or WhatsApp with the pattern name and the row, and we'll help you through it.

Can I sell what I make?

Yes, you're welcome to sell finished items you make by hand from our patterns. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the PDF itself.

Can I get a refund?

Because patterns are digital files delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something is wrong, contact us and we'll fix it right away.
