Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and payment is taken when you place your order. Your contract with us is formed when we send your order confirmation.

5. Delivery of digital content

Your download is made available immediately after payment is confirmed and sent to the email address used at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.

6. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal household use. You may not resell, redistribute, share with other households, publish, or use it to create a competing or derivative product for sale.

7. Intellectual property

The product, this website and all content on it are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where consumer law gives you stronger protection, that law prevails.
