These terms govern your use of nustora.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them before ordering.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We sell physical consumer goods, which are shipped to the delivery address you provide. Product images are representative; minor variation in colour, finish or packaging is possible, and screen calibration can affect how colours appear.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, specification or image is entirely free of error.

4. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline any order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes levied by your destination country — see our Shipping Policy.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your contract with us is formed when we send you an order confirmation.

6. Discounts and promotions

Volume discounts and promotional offers apply automatically at checkout where the stated conditions are met. Only one automatic discount applies per order — where more than one would qualify, the order receives a single applicable discount rather than several combined. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

8. Returns and refunds
