That's normal during international transit — parcels can go quiet for several days between scans while they move between carriers. If there's no movement for more than 10 days, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

Processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery a further 7–15 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders over $40, or a flat $6 below that — always fully tracked.
